​Bond films are synonymous with ingenious gadgets. But thanks to the innovative technology built into the Nokia XR20, this smartphone is the only gadget a modern OO Agent will ever need.
​
Lashana Lynch (Agent Nomi) was a newcomer to the OO7 franchise and needed to be shown off to the world as a strong female icon.
The device also needed to be shown off to educate the consumer about the phones KSP’s. #TheOnlyGadgetYoullEverNeed

We commissioned Greg Williams, the official Bond photographer to capture in the same powerful, iconic poses you would expect Daniel Craig to be in. And shot in a reportage style to reflect that the gadget was on the move.

Activation
An instant win activation invited consumers to get familiar with the phones KSP’s by giving it a 24hr
test-drive.

The activation was set up like a ‘OO’ Agent training course.
The consumer had to answer questions, and meet the challenges in order to cut it to ‘OO’ status.
For example, a cryptic clue might only be solvable with the Google Assistant, or Live Unlock.

On e-retailer sites consumers were prompted with promotional web banners encouraging them to partake in the training. The click through, taking you to a microsite where the agents skills were tested.

To launch we created rich Instagram stories and FaceBook carousels inviting users to follow Agent Nomi, as she circumnavigated the world, across
4 continents, in the field doing what spies do. And all the way, using her Nokia phone whether to capture surveillance, figuring out an escape route or saving intel on the run.
